Our family has been farming citrus for three generations, so we’ve naturally been through good times and hard times. While we’re always thinking about the future, we rely on our experience and lessons learned in the past to operate our farm as efficiently as possible and produce quality citrus.

OUR FARM

Our citrus farm is located near the small town of Orosi on the eastern edge of the San Joaquin Valley. We are right up against the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. The soils and slightly warmer winter temperatures, due to the nearby foothills, make this a prime area to grow citrus.

varieties

Flavor Profile

A Washington Navel is the time-tested classic orange. They are seedless, sweet with a slight tang, and have a very refreshing taste. Perfect for snacking or juicing.

Flavor Profile

Fukumoto Navel oranges have an orange-red rind and ripen about 3-4 weeks before a Washington Navel orange. The sweet and smooth flavor of a Fukumoto orange is something to look forward to every year. Popular choice for eating fresh.

Known for their pinkish-red flesh and unique flavor, Cara Caras are a delight to eat. With hints of berry-like flavors and low acid content, these are some of the sweetest and best-tasting oranges you’ll eat.

Powell Late Navel oranges are known for their exceptional sweet and strong citrus flavor. These oranges are a great late-winter or springtime snack, since they ripen later than most navel oranges.

Valencia oranges are the perfect summertime treat. A classic juicing orange, Valencias are cherished for their sweet, juicy, and slightly tart flavor. They are versatile and can be enjoyed fresh or juiced.

Lisbon lemons have a tangy and zesty taste with a bright acidity. They are widely used for their juice and rind in cooking and baking. A slice can also be put in your favorite beverage for some extra citrus flavor.

Meyer lemons are sweeter and less acidic than regular Lisbon lemons. They have a unique flavor with a blend of citrusy and floral notes, making them ideal for desserts and beverages.
